Doh! I just realized that I missed Carousel Bayrd's ordinance that allows the county to respond to open records requests with electronic documents if the request is made electronically and allowing it to be made electronically. I missed the vote, so I don't know what happened at Personnel and Finance, but it should have made the list of items of interest. Thank you Carousel!
